Do you ever take mental health days? I took a bit of a “mental health / personal day” today. I rescheduled as much as I could for today (which is very abnormal for me) and it felt SO good. It felt incredible to realize I had too much on my plate and be able to reschedule.... and there was no guilt. And the people (1 phone appt, 1 in person at home consult) were gracious and understanding. How beautiful is that?
